Shipping & returns
High Intentions only ships within the United States. Shipping time you select does not includes the processing time. Orders will be packed and shipped within 24-48 hours and shipment time will depend on the shipping method selected. If an order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be sent out next business day. Please allow extra time for processing on during the Holidays.
All items are able to be returned within 15 days of receiving the item. Customer must pay shipping and handling fees for the item and it must return unused in the same condition it was received. Pictures must be sent to High Intentions before the return. If an item comes back and has been used or cleaned you will be charged in full for the item still and it will be destroyed.
Damaged or Missing Items
High Intentions will meticulous pack every item with care and ensure the items arrive in the same condition when they left our store. It is very unlikely that the item will show up damaged. If it does, reach out to us by phone or email within 24 hours of receiving the item. Replacing the item will be on a case by case basis.
We are not liable for any damage outside of shipping. If you broke and item from an accident or any other reason besides shipping, we are not liable to send a replacement or refund.
If your electronic item is damaged or does not function correctly, we are not liable. Please reach out to the manufacturer to follow their warranty process on the product.
Lost or Stolen Package-
High intentions is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen when USPS/UPS leaves a package unattended at your door/mailbox if you are not home to take delivery. If it is stolen or lost it is not our responsibility to recover or replace the item or compensate you for the loss.
It is the customer's responsibility to track your item(s) using the tracking # we provide to anticipate delivery.
